- 3/4 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp lemon juice + zest to taste
- 2 tbsp coconut flour

preparation
- Vanilla Proteinpulver (oder Kokosproteinpulver), geschmolzenes Kokosöl, ungesüßte Kokosnuss, Honig, Zitronensaft und -schale sowie Kokosmehl in einer Rührschüssel vermischen
- Teig zu Kugeln formen
- Die Kugeln auf einem mit Backpapier ausgelegten Teller für 30-45 Minuten in den Kühlschrank legen
