After our fruits have been left to hang in the most beautiful places in the world and have developed their full flavor in peace, they are flash frozen immediately after being picked.
The water is then extracted from the fruits, making them shelf-stable and allowing you to enjoy them longer. In a vacuum, the ice slowly evaporates from the frozen fruits without first liquefying. This ensures that they retain their delicious fruity flavor and almost all of their valuable vitamins and nutrients.
