Since fresh fruit goes bad very quickly, we had to come up with something so that you can enjoy it worry-free, whenever and wherever you want.
Our magic trick is freeze-drying.
After our fruits have grown in the most beautiful places in the world and have developed their full flavor in peace, they are flash frozen immediately after being picked.
The water is then extracted from the fruits, making them shelf-stable and allowing you to enjoy them longer. In a vacuum, the ice slowly evaporates from the frozen fruits without first liquefying. This ensures that they retain their delicious fruity flavor and almost all of their valuable vitamins and nutrients.
Our fruits are then finely shredded so that we can guarantee the perfect blend in every bowl and you're sure to get the Bali taste you expect.
Enriched with other superfoods such as chia seeds and oat flakes, depending on the variety, we create our delicious Brekky Bowls, which you can use to easily prepare your own smoothie bowl.
