Ingredients

  • 400g Pflanzlicher Joghurt
  • 30g Vanilla/Berry Protein
  • 30g Erdbeeren
  • 30g Blaubeeren
  • 15g Walnüsse
  • 1 EL Agavendicksaft

preparation

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, agave syrup and protein powder
  2. Fill the mixture into a square form lined with baking paper and smooth it out
  3. Wash the strawberries and blueberries and spread them on the yoghurt together with the walnuts
  4. Then place the mold in the freezer for about 2 hours
  5. Break into pieces on a plate and enjoy!
