  • 8 Datteln
  • 30g Haferflocken
  • 30g Hanfsamen
  • 1 EL Kokosöl
  • 30g Choco Protein
  • 1 EL Kakao
  • 2 EL Erdnussbutter

  1. First remove the seeds from the dates
  2. Blend dates in a food processor until smooth
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix
  4. If necessary, add 1-2 tablespoons of water to make the dough softer
  5. Form 8 balls with your hand
  6. Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours
