Ingredients

  • 200g Choco Protein
  • 60-80 g Ahornsirup
  • 60g Erdnussmus
  • 50g einer reifen Banane
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
  • 90g vegane Schokolade

preparation

  1. Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, protein powder, banana and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
  2. Press the dough evenly into a 15x15 cm form and place in the freezer
  3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Pour the melted chocolate onto the protein base and spread evenly.
  4. Place the mold in the freezer for about 30 minutes (or until the chocolate is solid)
  5. Cut into bars and enjoy!
  6. Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer!
