Ingredients
- 200g Choco Protein
- 60-80 g Ahornsirup
- 60g Erdnussmus
- 50g einer reifen Banane
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- 90g vegane Schokolade

preparation
- Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, protein powder, banana and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
- Press the dough evenly into a 15x15 cm form and place in the freezer
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Pour the melted chocolate onto the protein base and spread evenly.
- Place the mold in the freezer for about 30 minutes (or until the chocolate is solid)
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer!
