Ingredients

  • 50g Easy Peach
  • 400g (soy) yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp nut butter
  • 1 peach
  • Pistachio Dream Topping
  • Peanut butter

Schritt 1

  • Gib den Soja Joghurt in eine Schüssel.
  • Rühre das Vanilleproteinpulver in den Joghurt ein, bis es gleichmäßig verteilt ist.
  • Lasse die Joghurtmischung für etwa 5 Minuten stehen, um leicht anzudicken.

Schritt 2

  • In a separate bowl, mix Easy Peach with the ground flaxseed and rolled oats.
  • Add 150ml of water and stir well until the ingredients are combined.
  • Let the mixture stand for a few minutes so that it can thicken slightly.
  • Cut the peach into pieces.

Schritt 3

  • Add alternating layers of yogurt and Easy Peach into a bowl.
  • Use a spoon to lightly mix the layers.
  • Garnish the bowl with Pistachio Dream Topping and a teaspoon of nut butter (e.g. peanut butter) or other toppings of your choice.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
