Ingredients

100g getrocknete Mango
4 Medjool Datteln
50 g Brekky Tropical Mango
100g Kokosraspeln
50g Cashews
50g Haferflocken

Smoothie Bowl Tropical Mango

Schritt 1

  • Place the dried mango and Medjool dates in a bowl and soak them in hot water for about 30 minutes. This will soften them and make them easier to handle.
  • While the dried fruit is soaking, you can prepare the dry ingredients. Place the tropical mango, desiccated coconut, cashews, and oats in a blender and blend until smooth. This mixture will form the basis for your energy bars.

Schritt 2

  • Drain the soaking water from the mango and dates and place the soaked fruit in the blender.
  • Puree them until smooth. The soaked dates act as a natural sweetener and bind the ingredients together.
  • Add the pureed dried fruit to the dry mixture in the blender. Blend well until all ingredients are evenly distributed. You should have a sticky, moldable mass.

Schritt 3

  • Press the mixture into a rectangular shape, about 1-2 cm thick. You can use a baking pan or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure the mixture is evenly distributed and firmly pressed.
  • Place the formed mixture in the freezer for about 30 minutes so that it sets and is easier to cut.
  • Remove the solidified Mango Energy Bars from the freezer and cut them into the desired size and shape. You can cut them into bars or squares, depending on your preference.
