Ingredients for 5 servings
- 50g Kakaolicious
- 150g Haferflocken
- 50g gehackte Nüsse
- 15g Kakaopulver
- 2 EL Chiasamen
- 5 Datteln
- 4 EL Rapsöl
- 4 EL Ahornsirup

Schritt 1
- Preheat the oven to 160°C fan/convection oven.
- If using whole nuts, chop them roughly. Also, cut the dates into small pieces if they aren't already pitted.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, Kakaolicious, chopped nuts, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and sliced dates. Make sure all ingredients are well blended.

Schritt 2
- Then pour the rapeseed oil and maple syrup over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly so that all ingredients are evenly coated with the oil and syrup.
- Spread the granola mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- First, bake them in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Schritt 3
- After 10 minutes in the oven, remove the baking sheet and stir the granola mixture to ensure it browns evenly.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet again and bake for another 10 minutes or until the granola is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool completely before storing it in airtight containers or jars. The granola can be eaten with yogurt, milk, or as a snack.
