Ingredients
- 50g Kakaolicious
- 60g Dinkelmehl
- 20g Kakao
- 1 TL Backpulver
- 1 Dose Kidneybohnen
- 140g Apfelmark
- 60g Ahornsirup
- 40g Rapsöl
- Schokodrops (optional)

Schritt 1
- Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
- Grease a small baking pan (approx. 16x16 cm) or line it with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix BREKKY Kakaolicious, spelt flour, cocoa, and baking powder. This mixture will form the base of the brownies.

Schritt 2
- Place the kidney beans in a sieve, rinse thoroughly under running water and drain well.
- Place the drained beans in a blender along with the applesauce, maple syrup and rapeseed oil.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. The refried beans form the moist base and provide the necessary binding for the brownies.
- Pour the creamed bean mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients.

Schritt 3
- Optional: Add a handful of chocolate chips to give the brownies extra sweetness and texture.
- Gently but thoroughly mix all ingredients until a smooth dough forms. Do not overmix to maintain the batter's airiness.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Smooth it with a spatula to create an even surface.
- Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake the brownies for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool completely in the pan before cutting them into 12 pieces.
