Ingredients

  • 3 EL Kakaolicious
  • 1 EL Kakaopulver
  • 100g Datteln
  • 30ml Wasser
  • 60g Mandeln
  • 30g Haferflocken
  • 30g Kokosraspeln

Schritt 1

  • Place the dates in a bowl.
  • Pour boiling water over it and let it soak for about 5-10 minutes.
  • After soaking, do not throw away the water as it can be used later.
  • Place almonds, oats and coconut flakes in a blender.
  • Blend the ingredients until they are finely powdered.

Schritt 2

  • Place the soaked dates into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Puree the dates into a smooth paste.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a little of the soaking water a little at a time until a caramel-like consistency is achieved.
  • Add the powdered almonds, oats and coconut flakes to the date paste in the blender.
  • Also add Kakaolicious and cocoa powder.
  • Mix all ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

Schritt 3

  • Remove the mixture from the mixer and press it into a rectangular baking dish (approx. 16 x 16 cm) lined with baking paper. The mixture should be evenly distributed and pressed down firmly.
  • Place the mold with the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.
  • After the cooling time, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and cut into 10 equal bars.
  • The bars can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
