- 3 EL Blueberry Wave

- 400g Quark-/Joghurtalternative
- 1 EL gefrorene Blaubeeren
- 20g Dinkelflakes
- Toppings nach Wahl

Schritt 1
- Place Blueberry Wave, ground flaxseeds, and quark or yogurt alternative in a bowl.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Fold the frozen blueberries into the yogurt mixture and stir gently.
- The coldness of the blueberries can cause the yogurt to freeze in some places, creating a kind of "frozen yogurt feeling."

Schritt 2
- Now add the spelt flakes (or cornflakes) and carefully fold them into the yogurt mixture.
- Be careful not to add the flakes beforehand, as they may become mushy.
- Spread the Blueberry Wave yogurt into a bowl or glass.
