Ingredients
- 50g High Protein Blueberry
- 400g (Soja)Joghurt
- 1 EL gemahlene Leinsamen
- 2 EL Haferflocken
- 1 EL Vanilleproteinpulver
- 1 TL Nussbutter
- 1 Handvoll (TK) Blaubeeren

Schritt 1
- Pour the soy yogurt into a bowl.
- Stir the vanilla protein powder into the yogurt until evenly distributed.
- Let the yogurt mixture stand for about 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
- In a separate bowl, mix the High Protein Blueberry with the ground flaxseed and oatmeal.

Schritt 2
- Stir 150ml of water into the mixture and let it stand for a few minutes to allow it to thicken slightly.
- Gently fold the blueberries into the mixture.
- Place alternating layers of yogurt and the protein-blueberry mix into a bowl.
- Top the layering with the remaining blueberries and a teaspoon of nut butter of your choice.
- Enjoy this delicious and protein-rich yogurt dish!
