Hazelnut-Apple Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50g ground oat flakes
  • 30g oat flakes (coarse)
  • 50g High Protein Hazelnut
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 75ml plant milk
  • 100g soy yogurt
  • 1/2 apple

    For the nut crunch
  • 1 tbsp (oat flour)
  • 20g hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp peanut butter


Schritt 1

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees top/bottom heat.
  • Roughly chop the hazelnuts and mix with the oat flour and peanut butter until crumbly. Set aside.
  • Cut the half apple into small pieces.

Schritt 2

  • In a bowl, mix the ground oats, coarse oats, High Protein Hazelnut, baking powder and cinnamon.
  • Add the plant milk and soy yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix briefly until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a casserole dish or small baking dish and smooth it out.

Schritt 3

  • Spread the apple pieces evenly over the surface. Sprinkle the prepared nut crunch on top.
  • Bake the hazelnut-apple baked oatmeal in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown and firm.
  • Remove the baked oatmeal from the oven and let it cool briefly. Then cut into pieces and serve.
