Ingredients

for 6 muffins

3 tbsp fresh apple cinnamon

200 g oat flakes

5 tbsp applesauce

1 tsp baking powder

200 g oat milk

Apples as a topping

Step 1

First, pour 3 heaped tablespoons of our Fresh Apple Cinnamon Brekky Bowl into a small bowl. At the same time, preheat the oven to 170°C fan-assisted or 185°C top/bottom heat. 🥣

Step 2

In the next step, add 200 g of oats, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 5 tablespoons of apple puree, and 200 ml of oat milk and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

This mixture is then placed in a muffin tin along with small pieces of apple and baked for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. 🍏

Step 4

These delicious fresh apple cinnamon muffins are ready to serve warm. If desired, you can top them with a little agave syrup. 🧁
