  • 1/2 geriebener Apfel
  • 4 EL Haferflocken
  • 1 EL gemahlene Leinsamen
  • 1/2 TL Zimt
  • 3 EL Sojajoghurt
  • 100 ml Pflanzendrink
  • Toppings nach Wahl
Fresh Apfel Zimt Smoothie Bowl

Step 1

  • In a bowl, mix the Fresh Apple Cinnamon Muesli, oats, ground flaxseeds, and cinnamon until all dry ingredients are well combined.
  • Stir the grated apple, soy yogurt, and plant-based milk into the dry mixture until evenly distributed and a creamy consistency is achieved.

Step 2

  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight so the oats can swell and the flavors can develop.
  • The next morning, take the bowl out of the fridge and garnish the overnight oats with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit, chopped nuts, seeds, or a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.

A notice:

You can also enjoy the mixture immediately after preparation if you don't have time to let it steep overnight. However, soaking overnight is recommended, as it results in a creamier texture and allows the flavors to develop more fully.
