Ingredients

  • 100g Haferflocken
  • 300ml pflanzliche Milch
  • 1 reife Banane
  • 15g Vanilla Protein

preparation

  1. Roughly chop the oat flakes in a blender to “oat flour”
  2. Add plant drink and protein powder
  3. Roughly chop the banana, add it and mix
  4. Let it soak for 15 minutes
  5. Pour oil into a pan and add some of the dough to the pan
  6. Bake for about 2 minutes on each side
  7. Enjoy!
