Ingredients

  • Eine halbe reife Banane
  • 35g Haferflocken
  • 150 ml pflanzliche Milch
  • 15g Vanilla Protein
  • 1 TL Chiasamen

preparation

  1. Mash the banana with a fork and put it in a glass
  2. Stir in oat flakes, chia seeds, vanilla protein and half of the milk
  3. Add the rest of the milk and stir again
  4. Refrigerate overnight
  5. Enjoy!
