Ingredients
- Eine halbe reife Banane
- 35g Haferflocken
- 150 ml pflanzliche Milch
- 15g Vanilla Protein
- 1 TL Chiasamen

preparation
- Mash the banana with a fork and put it in a glass
- Stir in oat flakes, chia seeds, vanilla protein and half of the milk
- Add the rest of the milk and stir again
- Refrigerate overnight
- Enjoy!
