Ingredients
- 90g Chocolate Protein
- 30g baking cocoa
- 150g oat flakes
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 can of black or kidney beans
- 1 mashed banana
- 80g maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 40g vegetable oil

preparation
- Grind the oat flakes in a blender to a fine flour and place in a bowl
- Add cocoa powder, baking powder and salt and mix
- Rinse the beans in a sieve and blend them with the banana, maple syrup, vegetable oil and vanilla extract until creamy
- Add everything to the dry ingredients and mix
- Place in a baking pan (18x18cm) and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C top/bottom heat
- Enjoy!
