Ingredients

  • 90g Chocolate Protein
  • 30g baking cocoa
  • 150g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 can of black or kidney beans
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 80g maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 40g vegetable oil

preparation

  1. Grind the oat flakes in a blender to a fine flour and place in a bowl
  2. Add cocoa powder, baking powder and salt and mix
  3. Rinse the beans in a sieve and blend them with the banana, maple syrup, vegetable oil and vanilla extract until creamy
  4. Add everything to the dry ingredients and mix
  5. Place in a baking pan (18x18cm) and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C top/bottom heat
  6. Enjoy!
