Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Blueberry Wave
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp (frozen) blueberries
  • 100 ml plant drink
  • 200 ml water
  • Protein Glow Topping
Smoothie Bowl Blueberry Wave

Step 1

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Blueberry Wave, oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Stir well to blend the ingredients.
  • Add the frozen blueberries, maple syrup, water, and plant-based milk. Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well distributed.

Step 2

  • In the microwave at 800-1,000 watts approx. 3
    Boil for a few minutes -
    stir occasionally.
  • With Protein Glow Topping, further
    Blueberries and peanut butter (or toppings
    Garnish with your choice and serve.
  • Alternatively, the dry ingredients can be roasted in a pot on the stove.
    All liquid ingredients are then carefully added and stirred in - simmer for several minutes while stirring.
