Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Blueberry Wave
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp (frozen) blueberries
- 100 ml plant drink
- 200 ml water
- Protein Glow Topping

Step 1
- In a medium bowl, combine the Blueberry Wave, oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Stir well to blend the ingredients.
- Add the frozen blueberries, maple syrup, water, and plant-based milk. Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well distributed.

Step 2
- In the microwave at 800-1,000 watts approx. 3
Boil for a few minutes -

Garnish with your choice and serve. - Alternatively, the dry ingredients can be roasted in a pot on the stove.
All liquid ingredients are then carefully added and stirred in - simmer for several minutes while stirring.
