Ingredients
- 3 EL Blueberry Wave
- 30g Haferflocken
- 150g getrocknete Aprikosen
- 60g Mandeln
- 30g Kokosraspeln

Step 1
- Place the dried apricots in a bowl.
- Pour hot water over them and let them soak for 5-10 minutes until they are soft.
- After the soaking time, drain the apricots and allow the excess water to drain well.
- Place the drained apricots, oats, almonds, coconut flakes and Blueberry Wave into a high-performance blender or food processor.

Step 2
- Blend everything until smooth. If necessary, stop the blender occasionally and scrape the mixture from the sides to achieve a uniform consistency.
- Take small portions of the mixture with a teaspoon.
- Form the mixture into equal-sized balls in your hands. The size can vary depending on your preference, but a diameter of about 2-3 cm is ideal.

Step 3
- The formed balls can either be left as they are or rolled in various toppings.
- Possible toppings include chopped nuts, desiccated coconut, or cocoa powder. Simply roll the balls in the desired ingredients until they are evenly coated.
- For a firmer consistency, chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
