  • 3 EL Blueberry Wave
  • 30g Haferflocken
  • 150g getrocknete Aprikosen
  • 60g Mandeln
  • 30g Kokosraspeln
Smoothie Bowl Blueberry Wave

Step 1

  • Place the dried apricots in a bowl.
  • Pour hot water over them and let them soak for 5-10 minutes until they are soft.
  • After the soaking time, drain the apricots and allow the excess water to drain well.
  • Place the drained apricots, oats, almonds, coconut flakes and Blueberry Wave into a high-performance blender or food processor.

Step 2

  • Blend everything until smooth. If necessary, stop the blender occasionally and scrape the mixture from the sides to achieve a uniform consistency.
  • Take small portions of the mixture with a teaspoon.
  • Form the mixture into equal-sized balls in your hands. The size can vary depending on your preference, but a diameter of about 2-3 cm is ideal.

Step 3

  • The formed balls can either be left as they are or rolled in various toppings.
  • Possible toppings include chopped nuts, desiccated coconut, or cocoa powder. Simply roll the balls in the desired ingredients until they are evenly coated.
  • For a firmer consistency, chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
